You need Dumbbells and Bands for this program! I used from 5-20 lbs (mostly 10 and 15 lbs) as well as a 5 pack of mini loop bands and one light long loop band. If you don’t have bands, I’ve created a bundle for you to purchase here!
Here we go you guys!!! I’m SO excited to share this program with you! This might be my favorite programming EVER! The Burn is intense!
Below you will find your three phases of the program. Obviously, we start in the first phase! Each phase consists of two weeks of workouts. Workouts are to be done in the order provided, taking rest days when needed! DO NOT stress if you need to take extra rest or life gets in the way and it takes you longer than expected to get through this program. Just do your best! Fitness needs to FIT IN to your life, NOT take it over!
