Phase 4: Max Strength
Welcome to your FINAL phase of the program! By now, you should be feeling strong and confident in the movements we have been working on. Our HiiT workouts are changing! We’re going to be focusing on both strength and high Intensity cardio. As for our strength training days, we’re going to be doing GIANT sets…bring on the face making! It’s time to dig deep, channel all your strength, and finish this program strong!
