Phase 1: Endurance and Stability
Welcome to the first of 4 phases! Over the next 2 weeks, we’re going to focus on endurance and Stability training. We will spend this phase in a full body split. Your rest days are yours to take whenever you want! Take ‘em when you need ‘em! Day 5 can be done at any point during the week…so if you feel the need to stretch it out before the end of the week rolls around, go ahead!
