Week 4

Can you believe we made it to our final week!? I am SO proud of your for sticking to it and powering through! This week I want you to give it EVERYTHING you’ve got while still training SMART and listening to your body. It’s not about WHEN you finish, but about HOW you finish. You won’t finish strong if you don’t recover properly! Let’s do this!

 
 

Lower Body STRENGTHEN with Kaitlin

Final week?! I can’t believe we’re already here at week 4!! Ready to drop the reps and timer today?? If you’ve got the weights for it, we’re aiming for 8-10 reps of each move (I used up to 32 lbs). You’ll need your bench/ couch as well! Our combo rounds drop to 20 seconds…but holy smokes it’s not easy! Let’s get it done!

Cardio KICKBOXING with Coach Dan

Last day of Kickboxing today! I hope you’re ready to kick some butt! I have really enjoyed getting my cardio in this way and I hope you have as well! Let’s get this done!!!

Mat PILATES with Kelley

Final Pilates BURN! I think this might be my favorite of the 4 weeks! We are doing an advanced series today called “short spine” and I think you’ll really love the feel good decompression aspect of it! Can’t wait to be sore in weird spots with ya’ll tomorrow!

Upper Body STRENGTHEN with Kaitlin

This is IT! The final workout of the program…even if you still have extra credit workouts to add to your week, this is a time to celebrate your strength and dedication. I am SO proud of you ALL!!!
