Welcome to POPPINā! Each week we have 5 workouts to get through. 3 Full Body, and 2 Abs/Core and Low Intensity Cardio! The cardio is yours to choose! I personally did jogging and cycling, but this is YOUR program and you decide what feels best for YOU! Maybe its a walk, hike, or one of my cardio videos. OR, maybe its just a busy day and work where youāre on your feet a lot and are really getting those steps in. Make it work for YOU! If you need help deciding, you can always reach out to the FB community or to me personally!
WEEK 1:
Weāre starting the program with Full Body SuperSets!
WEEK 2:
This week is all about descending reps! First set we go light, second set a little heavier, then the third set heaviest! Such a fun challenge!
WEEK 3:
Full Body Circuits this week. Building strength is our goal.
WEEK 4:
Full Body DROP SETS! This gets pretty intense!
