Below, you will find each phase of your menstrual cycle. Your cycle begins on the first day of your period. On average, regardless of your cycle length, we spend about five days in the menstruation phase. In the phase that follows, the follicular phase, we spend another five if we have a 28 day cycle. If your cycle is longer than 28 days, this is where you will add additional workouts. More info on that can be found on the follicular phase page. Following the follicular phase is the ovulation phase then we end in the luteal phase before starting the cycle again.
