Phase 4: Luteal Phase (Days 17-28)

This is the final phase of the menstrual cycle and it’s definitely the least fun! We experience increased fatigue, and longer recovery times. Our goal here is to keep moving and keep progressing our fitness while working with the fluctuating hormones and lovely pms symptoms. This is the time to keep things fun in order to keep us motivated. Cross training is ideal for this phase, so expect to incorporate different styles of training to keep things interesting! 

Your recommended rest days are days 20 and 24 but you are free to take as many as you need!
