We’re starting the year with a 7 day challenge!!!

Remember, this isn’t about destroying ourselves for 7 days, but about putting our health first. We will focus on prioritizing our fitness and recovery.

Once you’ve completed the challenge, we’re moving into training 4 days a week. Take your rest days where you see fit! Feel free to add the stretching video from the challenge as often as you’d like. You’ll notice a lot more metabolic conditioning in the upcoming weeks as we prepare for the next TK program!!!
